Lambeth Pension Fund Abatement Policy

The London Borough of Lambeth Council as the Administering Authority of the London Borough of Lambeth Pension Fund has adopted this policy for Scheme employers participating in the London Borough of Lambeth Pension Fund regarding re-employment within local government or by an employer who offers membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). The abatement rules as set out under the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations 2008 (or any former Regulations) will no longer be applied from 1 June 2023.
