Sometimes it’s difficult for Lambeth Pensions to keep in touch with our members about their pension benefits. This is because we are not always informed when a member changes their address.
To help us with this we are working with a company called Target Professional Services (based in Selsey, Chichester). They are sending out letters asking some of our members to confirm their current address information either by telephone by calling 0800 988 1255, or if preferred 01243 601333, and in some instances via their secure biometric mypensionID app. You can visit their website www.targetprofessional.co.uk for more information on them.
We would like to reassure you that this is not a scam, however, if you have any concerns then please contact us directly by emailing [email protected].
If you’ve recently told us about a change of address you may still have received a letter. If this is the case, please can you call 0800 988 1255, or if preferred 01243 601333, where one of the Target Professional Services team will advise further.
